Refund Policy

All sales are final

All orders and fees are non-refundable from the moment payment is made. This applies whether or not processing has started and includes document review, identity or compliance work, reservation or activation of an address service, submission of a filing, and government or third-party costs.

Provider rejection

A bank, fintech, payment processor or marketplace rejection does not create a right to refund a company formation, address, verification or advisory service. Provider approval is not included or guaranteed.

If we cannot deliver

If Formex cannot provide a purchased service, we will first offer correction, re-performance, service credit or an appropriate alternative. Nothing in this policy removes a refund or other remedy that applicable law requires.
