Last updated 21 August 2026
1. Who we are
Formex Solutions is a sub-brand of Empirix Global Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17001025.
2. Service scope
We provide company formation and related business support. The exact inclusions, exclusions, documents, service term and price are the package description and any written quotation accepted by you.
3. Your information
You must provide complete, accurate and lawful information. You must not ask us to conceal ownership, residence, business activity or any fact relevant to a filing or provider application.
4. Third-party decisions
Companies House, HMRC, banks, fintechs, payment processors and marketplaces control their own checks and decisions. We do not guarantee approval, processing time, account availability or continued service.
5. Fees and renewals
Payment is due before processing unless agreed otherwise. Services supplied for 12 months are currently renewed at the same service price as the initial order. If regulatory or underlying costs change, we notify you before renewal. Government, courier, specialist filing and third-party fees are included only where stated.
6. Cancellations and refunds
All orders and fees are non-refundable from the moment payment is made, whether or not processing has started, except where applicable law requires a remedy. Read the separate Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Services must not be used for fraud, deceptive applications, prohibited goods, sanctions evasion, money laundering, impersonation or any unlawful activity. We may pause or end a service where checks fail or misuse is reasonably suspected.
8. Advice limitation
Website information and general support are not legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Obtain qualified advice for your circumstances.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, provider rejection, account restriction or delay outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
